We make our cheeses in-house using fresh milk from a local goat farm, delivered straight to our kitchen. Working closely with the farmers allows us to keep the process small, hands-on, and transparent — from milk to cheese, right here on Lombok.

We collaborate with BSF Lombok to manage our organic waste sustainably. Through an innovative composting process, BSF Lombok transforms food scraps from our kitchen into compost, which is then distributed to local farmers. This initiative not only helps reduce landfill waste but also creates jobs and supports local agriculture, making a positive impact on both the environment and the community
